Peach Crumb Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 4-1/2 cups (about 2 pounds) fresh OR frozen sliced peaches
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Stir together flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until crumbly. Stir in nuts; set aside.
- Mix corn starch and ginger in a large bowl. Stir in corn syrup until smooth. Add peaches; toss to coat well. Spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
