Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Fleischmann’s Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Fleischmann’s Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 1 large egg, whisked
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Berries, chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350(f) degrees. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin & set aside.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda & salt until combined.
  3. Add butter, oil, egg, milk & vanilla. Whisk until batter comes together, but do not overmix.
  4. Evenly divide the batter amongst the prepared 12 cup muffin tin.
  5. Sprinkle with desired mix-ins, such as berries, chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  6. Bake until the top bounces back to touch, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
