Bread Machine 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon wheat gluten
- 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Instructions
- Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic/white bread or whole wheat bread cycle; medium/normal color setting. Select a 2 pound setting. Bake according to manufacturer's directions.
