Bread Machine Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients
1-Pound Loaf
- 3/4 cup water (70° to 80° F)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 cups bread flour
- 4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
- 1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2-Pound Loaf
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp water (70° to 80° F)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
- 3/4 cup raisins
2-Pound Loaf
- 1-1/3 cups water (70° to 80° F)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
- 1 cup raisins

Instructions
- Measure all ingredients except raisins into bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Add raisins at the time of the raisin/nut beep or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading stops.
- Select Basic/White bread cycle; use medium /normal crust color setting.
- Remove bread from pan; cool on a wire rack.
