Ingredients

1-Pound Loaf

  • 3/4 cup water (70° to 80° F)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
  • 1/2 cup raisins

1 1/2-Pound Loaf

  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp water (70° to 80° F)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
  • 3/4 cup raisins

2-Pound Loaf

  • 1-1/3 cups water (70° to 80° F)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients except raisins into bread machine pan in the order that the bread machine manufacturer suggests. Add raisins at the time of the raisin/nut beep or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading stops.
  2. Select Basic/White bread cycle; use medium /normal crust color setting.
  3. Remove bread from pan; cool on a wire rack.
