Bread Machine Cranberry Pecan Bread
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons non-fat dry milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Instructions
- Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding dried cranberries and nuts with flour.
- Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle, select medium/normal color setting for 2 pound loaf.
