Bread Machine Walnut Bread
Ingredients
1-POUND LOAF (8 slices)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
- 2/3 cup water (70° to 80° F)
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon butter OR margarine, cut up
- 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
1 1/2 or 2-POUND LOAF (12 or 16 slices)
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 cup water (70° to 80° F)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, cut up
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Instructions
- Toast walnuts in 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested manufacturer, adding walnuts with flour.
- Process on fruit and nut, basic/white or rapid bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting, adding nuts as directed by manufacturer. Do not use delayed-bake feature. Remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
