- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
- 1/2 cup Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heat milk and corn syrup in a large saucepan over low heat. Combine corn starch, cocoa, salt and water; stir until smooth.
- Continue to cook over low heat for a minimum of 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into a mould or seving bowl. Chill at least 1 hour.
