Chocolate Coffee Balls

3-1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
3 tablespoons instant coffee
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Powdered sugar (for rolling)


Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar in a large bowl. Blend well. Form into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.

Place powdered sugar in a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.Store in airtight container.

Irish Cream Variation: Substitute Irish cream flavored creamer for the heavy cream.

Recipe Note: Use chocolate wafer cookies, chocolate sandwich cookies or chocolate graham crackers for the chocolate cookie crumbs.
