Cinnamon Roll Focaccia
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 packet Fleischmann’s Quick-Rise Plus Instant Yeast
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 3/4 cups of water, warm to touch
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter, divided
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- Vanilla glaze, to finish (optional)

Instructions
- To a large mixing bowl stir together flour, salt, Quick-Rise Plus Instant Yeast, olive oil & water until dough just comes together. Cover & let rest for 45 minutes, stretching & folding dough every 15 minutes.
- Transfer to a greased 9 by 12 baking dish. Stretch & shape dough to cover the pan. Let rise until bubbly & doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
- Brush the top of the dough with half of the butter. In a small mixing bowl stir together brown sugar & cinnamon.
- Top the dough with an even layer of half the cinnamon sugar. Fold dough into three (like a letter) to create layers. Stretch dough a second time to shape the pan.
- Brush the top with remaining butter & sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Cover & let rest for 30 minutes as the oven preheats to 400(f) degrees.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly & golden. Drizzle with vanilla glaze if desired. Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
