Cinnamon Spiced Pull-Apart Snowflake Bread

4-1/2 cups to 5 cups (1.125 to 1.25 L) all-purpose flour
1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
2 (2-1/4 - 11mL) envelopes Fleischmann's® Quick Rise Yeast
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) water
6 tbsp (90 mL) butter or margarine
1 egg
Icing sugar
2/3 cup (150 mL) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) butter or margarine, softened
1 tbsp (15 mL) ground cinnamon



In bowl of electric mixer, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and

salt; set aside.


small saucepan, combine water and butter over low heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes

or until butter is partially melted and water is warm but not hot to the touch.
