Ingredients

  • 1 each whole salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon citrus grill
  • 1/4 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons citrus grill

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of salmon with 1 tablespoon seasoning. Grill over indirect heat 20 minutes until salmon is nearly done.
  2. Combine corn syrup, orange juice concentrate and 2 teaspoons seasoning. Brush over salmon and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and internal temperature registers 155°F.
