- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raisins
- 24 3-inch (7cm) frozen tart shells OR 48 mini tart shells
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Blend first five ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon raisins into tart shells. Pour filling into tart shells, so that each shell is two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
