Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 24 3-inch (7cm) frozen tart shells OR 48 mini tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Blend first five ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spoon raisins into tart shells. Pour filling into tart shells, so that each shell is two-thirds full.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
