Classic Butter Tarts

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup raisins
24 3-inch (7cm) frozen tart shells OR 48 mini tart shells


Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Blend first five ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Spoon raisins into tart shells. Pour filling into tart shells, so that each shell is two-thirds full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
