Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs
  • Freshly sliced strawberries, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350(f) degrees. Line a 9-inch spring form pan or round cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the liquid from the top of the cottage cheese before measuring.
  3. To a food processor add cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, salt, cornstarch, vanilla extract & eggs. Puree until silky smooth.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared pan & cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil & bake for an additional 20 to 30 minutes, until puffed & set. Let cool to room temperature & refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Finish with freshly sliced strawberries, slice & serve!
