- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter OR margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
- Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add corn syrup and vanilla, then beat in powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add milk to obtain desired consistency.
- Frost cake or cupcakes as desired.
- Store frosted cakes or any leftover frosting in the refrigerator.
