Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter OR margarine, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add corn syrup and vanilla, then beat in powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add milk to obtain desired consistency.
  2. Frost cake or cupcakes as desired.
  3. Store frosted cakes or any leftover frosting in the refrigerator.
