Berry Variation: Add 3/4 cup thawed frozen berries, drained. Makes 2 cups.
Celery Seed Variation: Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon Celery Seed. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
Spicy Sweet Variation: Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
