Easy Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons butter OR margarine
 - 1/3 cup cocoa powder
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
 - 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Flour Mix*
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
 - Melt butter and stir in cocoa. Pour into mixing bowl; stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well by hand. Fold in flour mix, salt and chocolate chips. Add chopped nuts if desired. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
