Egg Drop Soup Express

6 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes OR 2 tablespoons concentrated chicken base
2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
2 egg beaten
4 green onions, sliced
Salt and white or black pepper to taste


Combine bouillon cubes, water and corn starch in a large saucepan. Bring to boil while stirring constantly over medium heat and boil 1 minute.

Slowly add beaten eggs in a steady stream while stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
