1/2 cup Crown® Lily White® or Golden Corn Syrup2 cans (15 ounces each) pork and beans, lightly drained1 tablespoon grated onion1/2 teaspoon ground ginger4 ounces Canadian bacon, sliced and cut in bite size pieces


Mix corn syrup, beans, onion and ginger in a 2-quart casserole dish. Arrange bacon slices on top.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour, basting bacon 3 or 4 times during baking to glaze.

Recipe note: 4 strips regular bacon may be substituted for Canadian bacon. Cut each strip into 4 pieces.
