Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy OR whipping cream, whipped
  • Pecan halves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, corn syrup and brown sugar in a large bowl and beat at high speed with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Beat in milk and vanilla with mixer at medium speed until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Freeze pie for 6 hours or until firm.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
