- 6 cups Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 3 cups brown rice flour
- 1 cup potato starch
- 2 tablespoons xanthan gum
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Store in tightly closed container.
- Use this mix to make cookies, brownies, scones and pie crust. All Gluten-Free recipes calling for Gluten-Free Flour Mix on this web site have been tested using this flour mix.
