Hot Honey Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk, warm to touch
- 1 package Fleischmann’s Quick-Rise Instant Yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons Fleischmann’s Bread Booster
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons + 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- Flaked salt, to finish
- Red pepper flakes, to finish (optional)

Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fit with the dough hook attachment whisk together milk, Fleischmann’s Quick-Rise Yeast & sugar. Let stand.
- Add the egg followed by the flour, Fleischmann’s Bread Booster, salt & 3 tablespoons butter.
- Knead until dough is smooth & elastic. It should be moist, but if too sticky add a tablespoon of flour at a time. Cover & let rise for 60 minutes.
- Divide dough into 15 equal portions & shape each into a smooth round ball. Transfer to a lightly greased 9 by 12 baking dish. Cover & let rise for 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375(f) degrees. Bake until golden & cooked throughout, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- As the rolls bake, prepare the topping. To a saucepan over low heat stir together remaining butter & hot honey. Brush over the warm rolls. Finish with flaked salt & red pepper flakes if desired.
