Ingredients

1-POUND LOAF
2/3 cup Buttermilk
3 tablespoons Water (70° to 80° F)
2 tablespoons Butter OR margarine, cut up
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1-3/4 cups Whole wheat flour
3/4 cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
1-1/2-POUND LOAF
1 cup Buttermilk
1/4 cup Water (70° to 80° F)
3 tablespoons Butter OR margarine, cut up
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2-1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
1 cup Bread flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Instructions

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.


Select basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal crust colour settings. Do not use delayed-bake feature.


When cycle is complete, remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
