⅓ cup water
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
3 large egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a heavy bottom saucepan add the water, sugar & corn syrup. Stir until combined.

Heat mixture over medium-high & heat until it reaches 240(f) degrees. Do NOT stir again.

As the sugar mixture heats, whip the egg whites to medium peaks.

Slowly & carefully add the sugar mixture as the egg whites begin to heat, followed by the vanilla.

Continue to whip until mixture is white & fluffy, about 5 minutes. Use to frost cupcakes, cake & top hot cocoa!
