Peanut Butter Surprise Squares

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup melted butter
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure to cover the side of the dish. Blend cracker crumbs with butter. Press into bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for 8 minutes. Reserve.

Whisk the eggs with sugar, corn syrup and corn starch until well combined. Set aside.

Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter randomly over the prepared crust. Then scatter the marshmallows, chocolate and peanuts evenly over the crust. Pour egg mixture evenly over the other ingredients in the crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and set.

Tip: When using liquid eggs, increase baking time to 40 minutes.
