Peanutty Patties
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup OR Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups roasted peanuts

Instructions
- Lightly grease cookie sheet. Combine sugar and corn syrup in large saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Add peanut butter; stir until completely melted.
- Stir in peanuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets; cool until firm.
- Store covered in refrigerator in single layers.
