- 6 white pitas
- 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut each pita around edge, separating halves.
- Brush oil on rough side of each pita half. Cut each into 6 wedges. Arrange in a single layer, rough-side up, on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Cool.
