Ingredients

  • 6 white pitas
  • 1/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut each pita around edge, separating halves.
  3. Brush oil on rough side of each pita half. Cut each into 6 wedges. Arrange in a single layer, rough-side up, on ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Cool.
