- 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream of coconut
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- In blender on medium speed blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Variation: Add 1 cup crushed ice, 1 cup fresh strawberries or bananas.
