Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat milk and corn syrup in a large saucepan over low heat. Combine corn starch, salt and water; add to milk, stir until smooth. Continue to cook over low heat water for a minimum of 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a mould or serving bowl. Chill at least 1 hour.
