- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
- 1/2 cup Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Heat milk and corn syrup in a large saucepan over low heat. Combine corn starch, salt and water; add to milk, stir until smooth. Continue to cook over low heat water for a minimum of 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a mould or serving bowl. Chill at least 1 hour.
