Apple Brandy Praline Pie
Ingrédients
Praline Topping
- 1/2 tasse de cassonade
- 1/2 tasse de pacanes hachées
- 1 teaspoon Crown® Lily White® or Golden Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon butter OR margarine, melted
Tarte
- 1/4 tasse de sucre
- 3 cuillères à soupe de farine tout usage
- 1/4 c. à thé de sel
- 3 œufs
- 1/2 tasse Crown® Lily White® ou sirop de maïs doré
- 1/4 tasse de beurre OU de margarine, fondu
- 2 tablespoons apple OR plain brandy
- 2 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 croûte à tarte profonde (9 pouces) non cuite OU surgelée

Méthode
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Combine Praline Topping ingredients; set aside.
- Combine sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, corn syrup, butter and brandy. Stir in apples.
- Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with praline topping.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and set. Cool completely on wire rack.
