Ingrédients

    Bread Machine:

  • ⅔ cup of milk
  • ½ tasse d'eau
  • ⅓ cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cuillère à café de sel
  • 3 ½ cups of bread flour
  • 2 tbsp of dried onion flakes
  • ½ cup of shredded old cheddar cheese
  • 2 ½ tsp of bread flour yeast
  • GARNITURE:

  • ⅓ cup of melted butter
  • ½ cup of shredded old cheddar cheese

PRODUITS

Méthode

  1. Add all bread machine ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Close the lid and select the dough cycle.
  3. Grease a 9”x13” baking dish and set aside.
  4. Once the dough cycle has completed, remove the dough and cut into 12 even pieces. Roll the dough into balls and place into your greased baking dish. Cover and keep in a warm area to rise until doubled in size, approx. 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  6. Brush buns with melted butter and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
