Chocolat Blanc Mange
Ingrédients
- 3 tasses de lait
- 1/2 tasse de sirop doré Beehive® OU Crown®
- ½ tasse de fécule de maïs Fleischmann's
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4 c. à thé de sel
- 1/2 tasse d'eau froide
- 1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille

Méthode
- Heat milk and corn syrup in a large saucepan over low heat. Combine corn starch, cocoa, salt and water; stir until smooth.
- Continue to cook over low heat for a minimum of 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into a mould or seving bowl. Chill at least 1 hour.
