Citrus Glazed Ham
Ingrédients
- 8 to 10 pounds fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1/2 tasse de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
- 1 cuillère à café de zeste d'orange fraîchement râpé
- 1 c. à thé de cannelle moulue
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Méthode
- Préchauffer le four à 325 °F.
- Score ham at 1-inch intervals with a sharp knife; place in roasting pan. Roast according to manufacturer's directions.
- Combine corn syrup, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over ham during the last 30 minutes of roasting.
- Remove ham from oven; spoon syrup from pan over ham. Let rest 20 minutes before carving.
