Biscuits double chocolat
Ingrédients
- 1-1/4 tasse de cassonade
- 1/2 tasse de beurre OU de margarine, ramolli
- 2 œufs
- 1/3 tasse de sirop doré Beehive® OR Crown®
- 1 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille pur
- 1-3/4 tasses de farine tout usage
- 2/3 tasse de cacao en poudre
- 1/2 c. à thé de sel
- 1 c. à thé de poudre à pâte Fleischmann's®
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips OR other flavored baking chips

Méthode
- Préchauffer le four à 350 °F.
- Beat brown sugar, butter, eggs, corn syrup and vanilla in large mixer bowl until well blended. Gradually beat in flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Stir in chocolates.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Lightly press down with the heel of your hand. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until cookies are set but still soft. Cool on pans for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove to rack to cool completely.
