Ice Cream Sodas
Ingrédients
Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tasse de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
- 1/3 tasse de cacao non sucré
- 1/2 c. à thé de vanille
Coffee Syrup
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) warm water
- 2 cuillères à soupe de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
- 1/2 c. à thé de vanille

Méthode
- Chocolate Syrup: In small bowl combine corn syrup and cocoa ; stir until blended. Stir in vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator.
- Coffee Syrup: In small bowl combine coffee powder and water ; stir until coffee dissolves. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator.
- To Make Ice Cream Sodas: In tall glass, stir 1/4 cup milk and 3 tablespoons chocolate or coffee syrup until well blended. Add 2 scoops ice cream. Fill with chilled club soda or seltzer.
