Ingrédients

Chocolate Syrup

  • 1 tasse de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
  • 1/3 tasse de cacao non sucré
  • 1/2 c. à thé de vanille

Coffee Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) warm water
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
  • 1/2 c. à thé de vanille

PRODUITS

Méthode

  1. Chocolate Syrup: In small bowl combine corn syrup and cocoa ; stir until blended. Stir in vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator.
  2. Coffee Syrup: In small bowl combine coffee powder and water ; stir until coffee dissolves. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator.
  3. To Make Ice Cream Sodas: In tall glass, stir 1/4 cup milk and 3 tablespoons chocolate or coffee syrup until well blended. Add 2 scoops ice cream. Fill with chilled club soda or seltzer.
