Crème de guimauve
Ingrédients
- 1 tablespoon meringue powder
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 2/3 tasse de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
- 1/2 tasse de sucre en poudre
- 1/8 cuillère à café de sel
- 1-1/2 teaspoons clear vanilla flavoring

Méthode
- Combine meringue powder and water in a large mixer bowl. Add corn syrup, powdered sugar and salt. Beat with whisk attachment on high speed for 5 minutes until very white and thick. Beat in clear vanilla flavoring.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and store 1 week in refrigerator.
