Muffins à la pêche
Ingrédients
- 1-1/2 tasses de farine tout usage
- 1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 c. à thé de poudre à pâte Fleischmann's®
- 1/4 cuillère à café de gingembre moulu
- 1/4 c. à thé de bicarbonate de sodium
- 1/4 c. à thé de sel
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 tasse de cassonade
- 1/3 tasse de sucre
- 1 œuf
- 1/2 c. à thé d’extrait de vanille pur
- 1/2 tasse de babeurre
- 2 cups diced fresh peaches

Méthode
- Préchauffer le four à 400 °F.
- Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, ginger, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix butter, brown sugar and sugar in a medium size bowl until well blended. Add egg and vanilla extract. Stir in buttermilk and peaches.
- Add peach mixture to bowl with flour, stirring just until combined. Fill 2-1/2-inch greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until muffins are browned and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
