Snow Pea and Carrot Stir-Fry
Ingrédients
- 1 c. à soupe de jus d’orange
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 cuillère à café de sucre
- 1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 1/4 c. à thé de sel
- 1/8 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile de maïs Mazola®
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) snow peas, halved lengthwise
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
PRODUITS

Méthode
- Combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in wok or large skillet. Add garlic; stirring constantly, cook 30 seconds. Add snow peas and carrots; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir orange juice mixture until blended then pour into wok. Continue to stir-fry 1 minute.
