Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de sirop de maïs Crown® Lily White®
  • 1/4 tasse d’eau
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tablespoons whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 quarts cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 1 quart orange juice, chilled
  • 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2 quarts ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Méthode

  1. In medium saucepan, combine corn syrup, water, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat ; simmer 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled ; strain to remove spices. Just before serving, combine spiced syrup, fruit juice, ginger ale and lemon juice.
