What it does
With an added dough enhancer, Quick-Rise Plus delivers a higher, and faster rise compared to Fleischmann’s® Traditional Yeast.
How to use it
Simply add to dry ingredients – no need to dissolve in water first. Follow with wet ingredients warmed to 120°–130°F.
Common Uses
Bread recipes, cinnamon rolls, challah breads – option for many yeast-based recipes! We do not recommend usage for sourdough recipes.

Dry cupboard.
