Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 3/4 cup whole milk, warm to touch
  • 1 package (2 ¼ teaspoons) Fleischmann’s Quick Rise Instant Yeast
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • To assemble:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 3 large peaches, peeled & diced
  • Vanilla or cream cheese glaze, to finish (optional)

Instructions

    For the dough:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment whisk together milk, yeast, sugar, & eggs until combined.
  2. Gradually add the flour & salt. Once dough begins to form, add the butter in pieces. Knead until dough is smooth & elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Shape into a ball, cover & let rise for 1 hour.
  4. To assemble:

  5. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Alternatively, grease a large baking dish. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 12 by 18 inches rectangle. Spread with an even layer of butter.
  6. In a small mixing bowl stir together the brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Sprinkle with an even layer of the sugar mixture followed by the diced peaches.
  7. Tightly roll the dough lengthwise. Slice 12 evenly sized rounds & transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375(f) degrees. Cover rolls with plastic wrap & let rest while the oven heats.
  9. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden & cooked throughout. Finish with glaze & enjoy!
