Chili Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
- 1/3 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup
- 3 pounds (1,35 kg) broiler-fryer chicken pieces, sprinkled generously with salt and pepper

Instructions
- Combine chili sauce, grape jelly and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until jelly melts and mixture is smooth.
- Brush glaze on chicken during last 15 minutes of grilling or broiling.
TIP: This glaze also works great for boneless, skinless chicken breasts. For best flavor, be sure to sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper before grilling.
