Classic Stirred Custard
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn starch and salt in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Add egg yolks.
- Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
