Coconut and Macadamia Nut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add nuts and coconut. Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
