Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1-1/3 cups Gluten-Free Flour Mix (see link for MakeGood recipe)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann's® Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Vegan Margarine
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1-1/2 Mazola® Canola, Corn OR Vegetable Oil
  • 2/3 cup Vegan/Dark Chocolate Chips



  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the margarine and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add in the vanilla, almond milk and oil, beat for 1 minute. Gradually add flour to wet ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon until dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden in colour. Remove from oven; allow to cool on wire rack.
  5. Best served same day or stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
