Individual Glazed Meatloaves

Ingredients

MEATLOAF:
1 pound very lean ground beef
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
SAUCE:
1/4 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix well. Portion evenly into lightly greased 2-1/2 inch muffin tins.


Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Spoon over meatloaves.


Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
