Peach Melba Sauce

1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
1/2 cup orange juice OR water
2 cups frozen, sliced peaches
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 dash ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon almond extract


Combine sugar, corn starch and orange juice in 2-quart saucepan. Add peaches.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Stir in raspberries, nutmeg and almond extract; cook and stir 1 minute longer.

Serve over ice cream, pound cake or pancakes.
