Savoury Stuffing Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk, warm to touch
- 2 teaspoons Fleischmann’s Quick Rise Instant Yeast
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment add milk, yeast, sugar, butter, egg, flour, salt, sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, celery seeds, onion powder, garlic powder & nutmeg.
- Knead until dough is smooth & elastic, about 5 minutes. Shape into a ball, transfer to a lightly greased bowl & cover. Let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a thin rectangle.
- Roll & shape into a log. Transfer to a greased loaf pan. Cover & let rise for 30 minutes.
- As the dough rises, preheat oven to 375(f) degrees. Bake loaf until golden & cooked throughout, about 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing & serving!
