Savoury Witches Fingers Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann’s Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup salted butter, cold & cubed
- 85 gram grated cheddar
- 50 grams grated parmesan
- 24 whole almonds, to assemble

Instructions
- To a food processor add flour, baking powder, paprika, butter & cheeses. Pulse until dough comes together. Divide dough into 24 pieces & shape each piece into a skinny log.
- Transfer to a lined baking sheet & press down to create the finger shape. Add an almond to the end to act as the “nail’ & cut lines in the dough to add detail. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, until firm.
- Bake at 325(f) degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until cooked through but not browned. Let cool completely before serving.
