Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fleischmann’s Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, cold & cubed
  • 85 gram grated cheddar
  • 50 grams grated parmesan
  • 24 whole almonds, to assemble

Instructions

  1. To a food processor add flour, baking powder, paprika, butter & cheeses. Pulse until dough comes together. Divide dough into 24 pieces & shape each piece into a skinny log.
  2. Transfer to a lined baking sheet & press down to create the finger shape. Add an almond to the end to act as the “nail’ & cut lines in the dough to add detail. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, until firm.
  3. Bake at 325(f) degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until cooked through but not browned. Let cool completely before serving.
