S’mores Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
 - 4 large egg yolks
 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
 - 3 tablespoons Crown Lily White Corn Syrup
 - ½ cup mini marshmallows, plus more to garnish
 - 1 ½ cups whipping cream
 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
 - 1 pinch salt
 - ½ cup finely chopped milk chocolate
 - ½ cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat bring the milk to a gentle simmer. In a separate mixing bowl whisk together egg yolks & sugar. Gradually temper in the milk & transfer mixture back to the pot.
 - Whisk in the corn syrup & marshmallows. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens slightly.
 - Strain mixture back into the mixing bowl. Add whipping cream, vanilla & salt. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight.
 - Transfer mixture to an ice-cream maker following the manufacturer directions & churn for 25 minutes, until the mixture resembles soft serve ice-cream.
 - Fold in the milk chocolate & graham crackers. Transfer to a loaf pan & garnish with marshmallows. Freeze until firm, about 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
