Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Crown Lily White Corn Syrup
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows, plus more to garnish
  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup finely chopped milk chocolate
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat bring the milk to a gentle simmer. In a separate mixing bowl whisk together egg yolks & sugar. Gradually temper in the milk & transfer mixture back to the pot.
  2. Whisk in the corn syrup & marshmallows. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Strain mixture back into the mixing bowl. Add whipping cream, vanilla & salt. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight.
  4. Transfer mixture to an ice-cream maker following the manufacturer directions & churn for 25 minutes, until the mixture resembles soft serve ice-cream.
  5. Fold in the milk chocolate & graham crackers. Transfer to a loaf pan & garnish with marshmallows. Freeze until firm, about 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy!
