Spring Onion Popovers
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Fleischmann's Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced spring onion, white & green parts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400(f) degrees. Place a non-stick 12-cup mini popover pan in the oven as it preheats.
- In a large mixing bowl vigorously whisk butter, eggs & milk together until well blended.
- Sift in flour, cornstarch & salt. Fold in green onions & stir until batter comes together. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the popover pan from the oven & grease each cup. Working quickly, evenly divide batter amongst the 12 cups & transfer back to the oven.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the popovers are puffed & golden brown. Do not open the oven until the popovers are fully cooked!
- Let cool slightly before removing & serving.
